Kenchosum Lhakhang

Located in the picturesque Bumthang Valley of Bhutan, Kenchosum Lhakhang is a sacred site with a rich history dating back to the 8th century. Founded by the Tibetan saint and scholar Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, the temple holds immense religious significance. Guru Rinpoche is credited with introducing Buddhism to Bhutan, and Kenchosum Lhakhang stands as one of the early monuments associated with his teachings.
