Nugoo Farm in Sergithang is initiated by Mr. San Man Subba in 2008 and his brothers team as a pilot project. Today Nugoo Farm is one of the leading producer of eggs and organic vegetables in Tsirang. With the support from the Dzongkhag and gewog agriculture unit, the farm stands the best examples of commercial modern agriculture farming that works in line with the vision of His Majesty the King for self sufficiency. The local products produced in Sergithang gewog is one of the largest in the district. Nugoo Farm has sales outlet available in Bajo town in Wangdue Phodrang and Khuruthang in Punakha, besides supplying in various schools and other Dzongkhangs like Sarpang, Thimphu and Paro.
